Position Title: AFC Systems Officer
Job Summary
The position assists the AFC Systems and Quality Control Head and assigned BT Project Manager in ensuring that projects specific to or involving AFC are well managed, requirements are well scoped, testing is efficiently performed, and implementations are seamless with business operations of AFC. It also ensures incidents related to AFC systems are escalated in a timely manner, documented and resolved; coordinates with AFC business units to identify processes and risks involving any projects impacting the department; and provides assistance to the entire Systems and Quality Control team of AFC.
