We are looking for a highly analytical and structured Operations Excellence Associate to support AFC Operations in driving performance, efficiency, and operational scalability.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, analytics, and strategy execution, supporting leadership with data‑driven insights, governance, and process optimization across Fraud, Sanctions, and Financial Crime operations.
Responsibilities
- Own AFC operational performance reporting (KPIs, SLAs, KRIs).
- Deliver monthly performance packs and executive insights.
- Support MBRs, committees, and leadership reviews with data analysis.
- Identify trends, risks, and efficiency opportunities.
- Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Drive process optimisation and harmonisation across AFC Operations; lead or support continuous improvement initiatives and deep dives; support design and rollout of new KPIs and operational frameworks.
