We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Aerospace Recruiter to join our Aerospace Team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent within the aerospace and aviation industry. You will partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidates for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operations roles.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for aerospace positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
- Partner with clients to understand job requirements, technical skills, and cultural fit needs
- Source candidates using job boards, ATS systems, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-demand aerospace roles (e.g., Aircraft Assemblers, Aircraft Mechanics, Avionics, Quality Inspectors)
