Aero engine design assessment engineer – gd&t

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Aero Engine Design Assessment Engineer to support non-conformance (concession) analysis for aerospace components. This role involves evaluating manufacturing deviations , performing fit, form, and function analysis , and driving engineering decisions to ensure product safety and design integrity.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and NX (UGNX) , along with exposure to aero engine components and design validation processes.
Key Responsibilities
Review manufacturing inputs including CMM reports, dimensional data, and process deviations to understand non-conformances.
Perform design assessment and validation of non-conformances for fit, form, and function impact.
Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis and evaluate dimensional variations.
Prepare detailed engineering justification reports for acceptance, rejection, or rework of parts.
