About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Software Engineering (Full-Stack) to lead multidisciplinary engineering, QA, and content teams while overseeing the delivery of enterprise-scale digital platforms powered by Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The role is responsible for delivery governance, technical leadership, stakeholder management, and ensuring high-quality digital experiences across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams of Software Engineers, QA Specialists, and CMS Content Authors.
- Define team structure, capacity planning, and resourcing.
- Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous professional development.
- Own delivery governance, including sprint planning, prioritization, risk management, and reporting to client and internal stakeholders.
