The Advisory & Change Management Manager plays a pivotal role within Strada’s Professional Services organization, leading change management for Workday deployments while building and scaling the advisory and change management practice. This role combines client delivery, strategic advisory, commercial growth, and practice development, ensuring that change management is embedded across Workday programs and positioned as a differentiated, revenue‑generating offering in the market.
