Pontoon Instinct is Pontoon’s global advisory and consulting practice, helping clients transform how work gets done through data‑led workforce strategy, operating model redesign, and technology modernization.
The Advisory & Engagement Director is the senior leader accountable for client relationships, engagement outcomes, and commercial success across Instinct’s advisory portfolio. This role leads complex, outcome‑based consulting engagements spanning contingent workforce strategy, external labor optimization, talent intelligence, and digital enablement.
