**In your role, you will**:
- Analyze recruitment data and prepare visually stunning and impactful presentations to highlight recruitment results to leaders of our organization.
- Build interactive dashboards and scorecards in Power BI and other modern data visualization solutions using various data sources.
- Collaborate and coordinate with variety of stakeholders to consolidate and streamline our data processes and automate where possible.
- Assist our stakeholders when defining key performance indicators (KPIs) with specific objectives.
- Oversee market trends and look out for best practices in recruitment.
