Job Title: Advisor Service Center Representative

Work location: 483 Bay Street, Toronto (until late 2026) and will move to 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga. Calgary location: 407 2nd Street SW, Downtown Calgary.

Flexible hybrid schedule; required to work rotating shifts Monday through Friday between 8 am and 8 pm EST.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to investment advisors, their support teams and investors in our inbound contact centre.
• Assist advisors and investors with information requests and direct them to appropriate departments promptly.
• Educate clients on short-term and long-term investment strategies and support the preparation of retirement and other significant life goals.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions and follow all company policies and procedures.
