Work Location

Toronto (483 Bay Street, until late 2026, then 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga). Calgary (407 2nd Street SW, Downtown Calgary). Working flexible hybrid schedule.

Overview

You will work on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service experience to investment advisors, support teams and investors in our inbound contact centre.
• Work directly with advisors and investors to support their short‑term and long‑term investment strategies.
• Answer client requests for information and direct them to the appropriate department in a timely manner.
• Work rotating shifts – Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. EST.
