A career as a Senior Advisor – Fund and ETF Onboarding within the ETF & Specialized Operations team at National Bank means playing a key role in the launch and operational integration of new investment funds and exchange traded funds (ETFs), ensuring a structured, accurate, and seamless setup across multiple systems and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the operational onboarding of new mutual funds and ETFs
- Lead the setup of new funds across various operational and accounting systems (e.g., FMC, PACER, external service providers)
- Coordinate onboarding activities with internal teams (fund accounting, tax, operations, finance, IT, etc.)
