The City of Brampton is seeking a Business Improvement Advisor to drive enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality, efficiency, and productivity. This role leads cross‑department projects, builds internal capability, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
Hiring Salary Range: $102,784.00 – $115,632.00 per annum (maximum $128,480.00). Job Grade 006. Full‑time, 35 hours per week, location: West Tower.

- Lead Business Improvement projects: Design, administer and lead a business improvement process without detailed instruction or supervision, applying sound methodology, problem solving and analytical skills.
