About Schneider Electric: We have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Technical Support Engineer – Home and Building Automation to join our Pacific Zone Technical Support team. Based in Sydney or Adelaide (Australia), this role will report to the Team Leader - Advanced Technical Support, Building Automation. As an Advanced Technical Support Engineer, you will perform a key role in guiding our Schneider Electric customers and businesses in their post-sales journey. This includes installation, set-up support, maintenance support and remote troubleshooting assistance. Key responsibilities include: Home & Buildings Automation Support Understanding customer issues and expectations, including assessment of all relevant information which is required to perform comprehensive technical support Managing the resolution of customer issues.
