Advanced Practice Leader, Innovation and Development

As a member of the Advanced Practice Leadership team at SE Health reporting to the Senior Director, Care Model Transformation, Innovation and Quality, you strive for excellence in quality & scholarly professional practice. You provide expert clinical support and leadership in our operations and are instrumental in setting and upholding practice standards, advancing clinical leadership, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Advance Practice Leader will facilitate clinical leadership capacity building, address practice-related inquiries, and develop innovative care models by leveraging research and best-practice evidence. Additionally, they will evaluate data to drive continuous process improvement while supporting education, training, and quality and risk management initiatives.
