Advanced Practice Clinical Leader - Geriatrics Admin

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with the Geriatric Mental Health Program leadership team to support inpatient point-of-care teams and models of care. Role model clinical practice in complex care situations; engage in direct care activities for complex and high-risk clients; lead development of the program’s programming; support interprofessional collaborative care, academic and research opportunities; promote implementation and audit of documentation standards; participate or facilitate quality improvement projects and quality reviews focusing on patient safety; supervise students. Participate in program planning and evaluation; support integrated clinical resources in program-level and organizational strategic planning activities for both inpatient and outpatient services.
