Job Summary
ANP/PARAMEDIC PRACTITIONER 16 - 20HRS Per Week. The Candidate will work as an autonomous practitioner within the clinical team, providing high-quality, patient-centred care. Must be an experienced and compassionate nurse with advanced clinical skills and the ability to demonstrate critical thinking while working within professional boundaries. They will make safe and effective clinical decisions, delivering expert assessment, treatment and evaluation for patients presenting with minor illness and ongoing medical needs. Demonstrate clinical judgement and evidence-based practice. Assess, triage, diagnose and treat patients through face-to-face consultations, undertaking comprehensive examinations and developing appropriate care plans. Request and interpret diagnostic tests in line with agreed protocols and refer patients to secondary care when required. Prescribe and review medications as an independent prescriber in accordance with national guidelines and practice ...
