ANP 8a – A unique and exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who has completed the Independent / Supplementary prescribing (V300) qualification to join our dynamic multi‑disciplinary community team.
As an ANP within the East Surrey Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities (CTPLD), you will work as an integral member of a dynamic multi‑disciplinary team working closely with clinicians. The post holder will take a lead role in clinical assessment, treatment and care planning in collaboration with the medical team to ensure delivery of high‑quality care.
