Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Mexicali)

The Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (AME) is responsible for integrating manufacturing expertise into the New Product Development (NPD) process to ensure new products are designed for optimal manufacturability, scalability, cost‑effectiveness, and quality. This role acts as a key technical liaison between product design, engineering, supply chain, and operations teams from early concept through production launch.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the manufacturing voice in cross‑functional NPD teams from concept through production launch.
• Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and cost optimization into early product design.
• Develop and implement manufacturing process plans, including process flow, equipment selection, and layout.
