**Ideation Leader – Fire Portfolio**
As **Fire Ideation Leader** you will be responsible for driving innovation, productivity, and value creation across the Fire Portfolio by identifying, developing, and advancing high-impact opportunities that improve profitability, product competitiveness, quality, and supply chain resilience. This role leads the portfolio ideation strategy, manages a pipeline of cost and growth initiatives, and works closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Product Management, and Finance teams to convert ideas into executable projects.
