We are currently seeking an Adoption Process and Enablement Training Coordinator to join our team in Merida, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).

Qualifications

• Owner of Adoption process and Enablement (6-8+ Years of prior experience)

Responsibilities and Competencies

1. Train new teams during onboarding
2. Host trainings for new features
3. Own creating training documents
4. Own Confluence site and updates
5. Perform as BA/QE as needed (Testing coordination as required / on a need basis)
6. Participate in Scrum ceremonies and planning
7. Help answer questions from our Slack workflows
8. Back up for approval perm set requests
9. Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills
10. Change management experience
