Responsibilities

  • Track and distribute creative materials between the internal team and the external agency across all active channels.
  • Manage billing and invoicing coordination: follow up on invoices, payment lines, and expense tracking.
  • Compile and distribute weekly and monthly performance reports based on templates defined by the leads.
  • Maintain organized records of campaign assets, budgets, and operational logs across markets and channels.
  • Follow up on open tasks between internal stakeholders and the agency, escalating blockers as needed.
  • Support channel specialists with ad ops tasks: UTM management, creative uploads, and naming convention enforcement across platforms.

Requirements

  • Internship or 1+ years in digital marketing operations, media buying support, or a related field.
