Qualifications

• Proven hands‑on experience building and delivering solutions on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) in enterprise environments.
• Mandatory hands‑on project experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), including implementation, orchestration, segmentation, and activation use cases in production environments.
• Certification‑only exposure to AJO will not be considered sufficient for this role.
• Strong technical depth across AEP core components, including:
  • XDM schema design
  • Dataset creation and management
  • Identity resolution and identity graphs
