Admissions Account Manager

• Employee Type Regular Full-Time

Purpose : Reporting to the Associate Director, Account Management, the Account Manager, Admissions drives student recruitment and enrollment growth through relationship-building, lead nurturing, and effective data management. The role supports admissions activities across Alberta Ballet School's programs, including its Grades 7–12 training program, post-secondary training, summer intensives, and audition tours (local, national and international).

The Account Manager, Admissions is the key contact who cultivates relationships between families of potential students during the recruitment, admission and re-enrollment process.

The Account Manager, Admissions consults with Artistic, Marketing and Community teams to ensure smooth operation of day-to-day admissions procedures, as well as capturing data to support KPIs, financial reports, and student/parent communications.
