In this role, you will be responsible for processing and tracking purchase orders while maintaining accurate records to support the efficient operation of the Purchasing Department.Primary ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with departments to determine supplies, equipment, and raw material needs.Issue Purchase Orders in accordance with company policies and negotiated terms and conditions.Ensure all Purchase Orders are distributed, maintained, organized, and retained.Update and maintain the following spreadsheets: monthly Price per Month (vendor performance), IM Sheet, and supplier scrap report.Prepare and mail requests for quotes to suppliers as needed.Manage and update the contractor insurance system to ensure proper documentation.Update CN-CR changes.Process all new vendor requests and set up vendors in the s...
