Employee Records ManagementMaintain and update personnel files (both digital and physical).
Ensure proper documentation and filing of contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.Track attendance, leaves, and time‐off requests.2.
Recruitment SupportAssist with posting job ads and scheduling interviews.Coordinate candidate communications and interview logistics.Collect and organize job applications and resumes.3.
