This role involves working with a diverse team of individuals using a variety of information systems such as Workforce Management (WFM) & Connect Care to complete complex and urgent staff scheduling tasks within short timelines in a busy office environment. The AS IV is responsible for communicating, collaborating and working cooperatively with Case Managers and contracted agencies to ensure support service requests are processed in a timely manner.
