The role
You'll support
three engineering leads
with their day-to-day administrative needs, managing their agendas, setting reminders, tracking tasks in Jira, handling data entry, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Because we work with hardware, devices, and vendors across different locations,
your experience with inventory management and shipping coordination will get used here constantly,
keeping track of what we have, what needs to be ordered, and making sure packages move where they need to go.
