Job responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of employment contracts and addenda using digital tools (Adobe Sign), ensuring proper execution and organized filing in employee records
- Oversee monthly timesheets to validate vacations, medical leaves, holidays, and remote work before reporting for payroll calculation. Ensure that attendance during working hours is properly managed and there are no unauthorized absences
- Guide employees on vacation payouts and benefits; coordinate with external accounting for severance calculations, ensuring data precision
- Lead induction processes for new hires and manage organizational climate activities, such as birthday announcements and office events
- Supervise the payment chain and maintenance of office services (Rent, Utilities, Internet, HVAC maintenance, etc.) to ensure physical office operability
