In charge of managing a variety of Administrative, Human Resources, and Purchasing tasks to ensure smooth company operations.
- Assists with the hiring and onboarding process
- Handles benefits administration for the employees
- Ensures compliance on company policies and labor laws
- Answers employee questions regarding benefits and payroll data
- Acts as point of contact for office-related issues
Purchasing
- Requests and purchases materials for the office and employees
- Evaluates vendors and maintains relationships with suppliers
- Maintains records of purchases, contracts, and invoices
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4‑year course
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel and Powerpoint
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
