Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks to support operations.
- Establish work procedures and priorities, delegate tasks to support staff, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle administrative procedures related to budgeting, expenses, and other day-to-day operational processes.
- Assist the accountant with the preparation of the operating budget.
- Assemble data, maintain company records, and prepare regular reports.
- Manage and maintain inventory and purchase supplies and equipment when necessary.
- Coordinate the use and organization of space.
- Perform other administrative coordination duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Completion of secondary school.
- A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration is considered a strong asset.
