Job Description

Create and maintain new customer data in the Back Office System.

Verify document accuracy and maintain proper filing records.

Monitor and track payment transactions and related records.

Prepare and summarize sales reports and other assigned reports.

Provide administrative support to the sales department.

Handle customer inquiries via phone calls and coordinate with relevant departments.

Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as assigned.

Support additional tasks and special projects assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

Age between 22–30 years old.

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Passion for customer service and coordination work.

Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and quick problem-solving ability.

Proficient in basic MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
