Job DescriptionThe Intern will support the administrative follow-up of inventory, financial support, documentation, and minor purchases of our clients' ongoing projects.ResponsibilitiesOperational follow-up of series changes by the operation and support in store openings.Analysis of endpoints in store, validate and suggest required changes based on the budgets and formats of the clients.Follow up and management of parts.RequirementsStudent in the last semesters of a bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.Academic knowledge in project analysis.Focused on meeting objectives and following processes and procedures.Excellent oral and written communication skills (excellent spelling).
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred SkillsMicrosoft Office: Excel (Pivot, financial formulas, etc.), Word, Power Point.Location and ScheduleLocation: Mexico City.
Schedule: 25 hours in office a week.
