Administrative Information Specialist

Qualifications:
- +5 years' experience in financial information, budget preparation, and monitoring
- Extensive experience preparing, analyzing, and interpreting all three core financial statements — the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement **(indispensable).**:
- Experience in automotive industry preference with processes similar to Metalsa.
- Advanced English spoken and written
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare Plant weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts as well as annual budget (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Free Cash Flow) in conjunction with operative areas, meeting the deadlines according to Central and SBU areas calendar.
- Keep detailed control of the actual variation's vs budget, forecasts, and previous year. (Variance Analysis)
- Track results from Investment Projects (CAPEX) and/or Tooling vs Budget and vs Forecasts.
