Job Responsibilities
Human Resources
Assist with the full recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, and maintain personnel files and HR records.
Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll data preparation.
Organize employee engagement activities and support employee relations and welfare programs.
Administration
Handle daily administrative tasks, including office supplies procurement, meeting room management, and courier coordination.
Assist with employee visa applications, medical insurance, Emirates ID, and other government-related procedures.
Coordinate flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel expense reimbursements.
Support the Finance Department with basic invoice processing and expense reimbursement documentation.
