What You Will Be Working On You are applying for the position of Administrative Executive (AE) at East Zone, and the role will require you to:

- Evaluate appeals for Parking Offence Notices, making fair decisions on a case-by-case basis
- Collaborate with Car Park Managers and Supervisors to address user feedback and requests for additional facilities, balancing diverse needs
- Manage a wide range of feedback and requests to ensure smooth car park operations
- Assist in assessing and maintaining high standards of service provider performance, including imposing liquated damages for underperforming areas.
