Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the Managing Director, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist in daily administrative tasks such as front desk management, ensuring a smooth flow of communication and a professional environment.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
- Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, filtering and prioritizing communication as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as requested by the Managing Director, ensuring high quality and confidentiality.
- Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and travel arrangements for the Managing Director.
- Support the Admin team with tasks like document management, record keeping, and office supply coordination.
