Responsibilities- Provide leadership and supervise administrative department activities for staff members.
- Manage office visitors and direct them to the appropriate parties.
- Perform basic office tasks such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
- Schedule and manage calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.
- Arrange travel and prepare documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.
- Update company employee and client records.
- Store and distribute office supplies.
- Repair or replace office equipment.
