The Administrative Coordinator provides coordination and support in the areas of the Purchase Order process, Accounts Receivable, report generating, tracking and recording of data, general Property Management administration.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out the day-to-day execution of clerical duties to ensure BGIS is provided with administrative support
- Support across Account Receivable and Account Payable functions
- Invoice review, reconciliation, and AP support
- Monthly Hydro/Water billing reconciliation and chargebacks
- Document preparation for charge backs
- Insurance certificate tracking and compliance coordination
- Vendor setup and system update support
- Maintain client satisfaction and positive relations with BGIS external contacts
- Other related general administrative duties as required
- Other duties as assigned
