• To handle internal communications effective, take care of admin for office operation and provide secretarial services
• Handle incoming calls professionally; welcome guests to the company
• Handling legal paperwork for the company and business traveling for staff
• Assist HR Department in filing CV and other documents
• Managing contracted driver’s performance and working with Procurement in selecting and contracting with the vendors.
• Intensively participate in the preparation, organization and implementation of events, meetings;
• Perform other duties and tasks upon request of the management team
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant majors.
• At least 2 years experience in the same position
