Position Summary: The Plant Administrator provides administrative support to Canadian Pipe Operations, partnering with production, sales, and engineering teams. This role is responsible for supporting payroll, accounting, reporting, onboarding, and business system administration while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate data entry and coding within the OnBase system.
  • Administer time tracking and payroll processes through Kronos.
  • Process PCard purchases, code and approve invoices, prepare cheque requests, and support accounts payable activities.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
  • Reconcile month-end reports and related data.
