About the Role

Reporting to the AVP Marketing Manager, the position is responsible to lead overall budget management within the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Position is in charge of Marketing budget management & monitoring from Cost Estimate (CE) to Vendor Payment
• Coordinate with marketing, accounting, CMC members on the budget & payment
• Matches budget vs plan & coordinates with respective members on how to maximize
• Reviews challenges of budget management & proposes recommendations to achieve setting
• Coordinate with vendors in terms of timely invoice delivery based on their terms of payments
• Ensure that procurement processes are followed by the team to avoid long outstanding invoices
• Monitor and project the budget utilization regularly to flag team members
