Administrative Assistants
- Experience preparing monthly financial reports in Sage 50 or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Google Suites or MS Office
- Knowledge of first aid would be an asset
- Experience with website maintenance and social media would be an asset
- Experience in a northern setting and an understanding of Indigenous cultures would be an asset
- Experience working in a school setting would be an asset
- A vulnerable sector check must be completed
Central Services
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent; or equivalent education and experience.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
