About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for borrowers during the loan processing stage.
- Request, collect, and review borrower documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide timely status updates and respond to borrower inquiries.
- Create and manage accurate loan files from initial submission to closing.
Requirements
- High school diploma; BA in related fields is a plus.
- Excellent English proficiency (90-100%).
- Previous experience as a Back Office Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
