- Salary: $30.50 hourly / 40 hours per week

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Secondary (High School) graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 to less than 3 years
- Must work on site; no remote option.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointmentsAnswer telephone and relay calls and messages
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
