Responsibilities- Provide general administrative and clerical support (filing, data entry, document preparation)
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems (physical and digital)
- Assist in the procurement of office supplies and inventory tracking
- Maintain and improve administrative systems, processes, and workflows
- Oversee document control and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative standards
- Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, or stakeholders
