This position is open only to Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residents.
Duties And Responsibilities- Creating documents in ERP (sales orders, deliver orders, sales invoices, purchase requests)
- Provide Sales and Operations general administrative and clerical support (including filing, checking, emailing, printing, copying, etc)
- Coordinate with internal departments to expedite procurement, payments, human resource and other general matters.
- Coordinate with the operations team to help with arrangements of collections and deliveries.
- Support management with notes of meetings and administrative follow-up.
- Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residents
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
