Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the general administration of the company in the primary areas of Safety, Training, Maintenance, and QA, with additional support in HR and Finance as time allows.
Key Responsibilities
Safety:
- Manage SiteDocs including training process
- Uploading and creating documents
- Sending documents for training and signature
- Monitor signatures and send reminders
- Manage SharePoint uploads
- Safety/Quality alerts as needed
- Update shop inspection report monthly
- Enter Gensuite and corporate safety tracking information
- Monitor and update contractor safety portals such as ISNetworld, and Avetta
