As an Administrative Assistant supporting GCTO in Chile, your role will be pivotal in ensuring efficient office operations, coordinating a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, and interacting with internal and external stakeholders for business purposes. Responsibilities
- Providing advanced secretarial, clerical, and administrative support to the Head and Managers within the GCTO Management Team;
- Coordinating complex multi-leg and international travel arrangements, including calendar scheduling and planning;
