Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative duties including answering emails and phone calls.
- Provide real‑time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Create content for posting on the company's Social Media channels.
- Prepare presentations according to instructions.
- Arrange travel, including booking flights, cars, hotels, and restaurant reservations.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e‑mail, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
- Handle sensitive information confidentially.
