Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and bid documents (RFP/RFQ)
- Coordinate with pre-sales, vendors, and internal teams for pricing and solution details
- Maintain and update CRM, sales pipeline, and reports
- Process sales orders, contracts, and documentation
- Support government and enterprise bidding requirements
- Liaise with clients for follow-ups, submissions, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and client requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge or interest in IT solutions or technology sales
