Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and bid documents (RFP/RFQ)
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, vendors, and internal teams for pricing and solution details
  • Maintain and update CRM, sales pipeline, and reports
  • Process sales orders, contracts, and documentation
  • Support government and enterprise bidding requirements
  • Liaise with clients for follow-ups, submissions, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and client requirements



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic knowledge or interest in IT solutions or technology sales
